Check back soon for info about upcoming events!

Mark Friday, June 10 - Sunday, June 12 on your calendars!  We will be returning to Camp Taconic in the Berkshires for our annual overnight camp.

Stay tuned for more details.

There's a whole new year of fun in front of us, campers! We here at Camp Phoenix hope that you've started the year out strong and had a great holiday season. We've been cooking up some ideas for new events that hopefully you'll love. Stay tuned for more information on Saturday events, and of course, our awesome annual camping trip in June!

The Camp Phoenix field trip to the Sony Wonder Technology Lab was a hit! On November 13 Camp Phoenix kids and counselors invaded the awesome multi-story techonology-filled Sony Buildling in midtown Manhattan. There were many stations to explore, from controlling robots to trying out heart surgery to playing in a jazz band. At any one time there would be campers recording their own newscast about a hurricane, teaching a cartoon how to dance, or racing a car on a gigantic screen. Thanks to all the campers and counselors for making another fun Camp Phoenix event!

Thank you campers and counselors for making the 2010 Camp Phoenix overnight such a fabulous weekend.  You all brought so much Camp Phoenix spirit that even a little rain couldn't keep us from having tons of fun!  From the creative group cheers and skits to the messy olympics, it was a memorable weekend.

About Camp Phoenix

The mission of Camp Phoenix is to enrich the lives of pediatric burn survivors and their siblings by creating camping experiences that are memorable, exciting, fun, and physically safe, all while training future physicians in the art of compassionate and empathetic care. Within this environment, campers build a support community based on sharing their stories and overcoming their disabilities.

$250 will allow one child to attend camp. Please consider donating to Camp Phoenix today, and give a pediatric burn survivor the weekend of a lifetime.
